Qurbani Wajib Hone Ke Liye Kitna Maal Hona Chahiye

 Her baligh, muqeem, Musalman mard-o-aurat, malik-e-nisab par Qurbani Wajib hay. (‘Alamgeeri, jild 5, safha 292) Malik-e-Nisab hone se murad ye he ke us shakhs ke pas saade bawan(52.5) tola chandi ya utni maaliyat ki raqam ya utni maaliyat ka tijarat ka maal ya utni maaliyat ka hajat-e-asliyah kay ’ilawa saaman ho aur us par Allah Azzawajal ya bandon ka itna qarza na ho jise ada kar ke zikar kardah nisab baqi na rahe. Fuqaha-e-Karam Rehmahumu-llahu-ssalam farmatay hain: Hajat-e-Asliyyah (ya’ni zaruriyat-e-zindagi) se murad woh cheezen hain jin ki ‘umoman insaan ko zarurat hoti hay aur in kay baghair guzara oqaat mein shadeed tangi-o- dushwari mehsoos hoti hay jese rehne ka ghar, pahen ne ke kapde, suwari, ‘elm-e-deen say muta’lliq kitabain aur peshay se muta’lliq auzar wagherah. (Al-Hidayah, jild 1, safha 96) agar “Hajat-e- Asliyah” ki ta’reef pesh-e-nazar rakhi jaye to ba-khubi ma’loom hoga ke “hamare gharon mein be-shumar cheezen esi hain ke jo Hajat-e-Asliyah mein dakhil nahi, chuna chay agar in ki qeemat “Sarhay Bawan Tola Chandi(52.5)” kay barabar pahaunch  gayee to Qurbani wajib hogi. Mere Aaqa A’la  Hazrat Imam-e-Ahl-e-Sunnat Mujadid-e-Deeno Millat Maulana Shah Imam Ahmed Raza Khan Alaihi Rahmatu-r-rehman say suwal kiya gaya kay agar zaid ke pas makan-e-sukunat (ya’ni rihaishi makan) ke ’ilawa do aik aur (ya’ni mazeed) hon to is par Qurbani wajib hogi ya nahin ?’


Al-Jawab:
Wajib hay, jab kay woh makan tanha ya is ke aur mal say Hajat-e-Asliyyah say zaid ho, mil kar chappan (Rs. 56) rupay (ya’ni itni maaliyyat kay jo sarhay bawan tolay chandi kay barabar ho) ki qeemat ko puhnchay, agar-che in makanon ko kiraye par chalata ho ya khali pade hon ya sadi zameen ho balke (agar) makan-e-sukunat itna bada he ke iska aik hissa is (shakhs) kay jaray (ya’ni sardi aur) garmi (dono) ki sukunat (rihaish) kay liye kafi ho aur dosra hissa hajat say ziyadah ho aur is (dosray hissay) ki qeemat tanha ya isi qisim kay (hajat-e- asliyyah) say zaed maal say mil kar nisab tak puhnchay, jab bhi Qurbani Wajib hay.

Waqt kay andar  Shara’t payi gayi to hi Qurbani Wajib hogi :

Maal aur degar Shara’t Qurbani kay ayyam (ya’ni 10 Zul-Hajjat-ul-Haraam ki Subah-e-Sadiq se le ker 12 Zul-Hajjat-ul-Haraam kay gurub aftab tak) mein paye jaen jabhi Qurbani wajib hogi. Is ka mas’ala bayan karte huway Sadr-u-Shari’a, Badr-ut-Tariqah, Hazrat ’Allama  Maulana Mufti Amjad Ali A’zmi Rehmatullah Alaih “Bahar-e-Shari’at”  mein farmatay hain: Ye zaruri nahin ke dasven(10) ko Qurbani kar dale, is kay liye gunjaish hay kay pure waqt mein jab chahe kare lihaza agar ibtadaey waqt mein (10 Zul Hajjah ki subah) is ka ahal na tha wujob kay Shara’t nahin paey jatay thay aur aakhir waqt mein (ya’ni 12 Zul Hajjah ko ghurob-e-aaftab say pehle) ahal ho gaya ya’ni wujob kay Shara’t payee gayee to us per wajib ho ga’ie aur agar ibtidaey waqt mein wajib thi aur abhi (Qurbani) ki nahin aur aakhir waqt mein Shara’t jatay rahay to (Qurbani) wajib na rahi.
